known as liquid nitrogen freezing. This method rapidly reduces the temperature to -80 °C
to -180 °C in seconds, effectively preserving the texture and taste of the products
during the freezing process.

Chaaya Aquaculture Base is located in Zhongshan City, China, renowned as the cradle of crispy grass fishes.
Our aquaculture base spans over 2,000 acres and has an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons.
At Chaaya Aquaculture Base, we adhere to the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
We use organic broad beans as fish feed and rear the crispy grass fish for a minimum of 120 days to ensure
their optimal growth and development. This farming method contributes to
the production of premium boneless crispy grass fish fillets.
