🥘薑蔥啤酒黑魚花煲
材料:
鱻牌無骨黑魚花 1包
洋蔥 1個
蔥 1根
薑 5片
大蒜 5瓣
花椒 10粒
啤酒 三分之一罐
黑魚花醃料:
料酒 少許
鹽 少許
蠔油 1勺
胡椒粉 少許
糖 少許
辣椒 1隻
生抽 1湯匙
老抽 1湯匙
做法:
1. 黑魚花提前醃制,放入所有黑魚花醃料,抓拌均勻醃制10分鐘。
2. 其他配菜切好,稍後鋪底。
3. 蔥薑蒜爆香,放入花椒,煸出香味,關火。
4. 鋪上洋蔥,上面鋪滿醃制好的黑魚花,倒入醃魚的料汁。
5. 開火,煮開後倒入三分之一啤酒,蓋上蓋子悶一會。
6. 煮一會。最後撒入蔥花,蓋蓋燜1分鐘,關火。
7. 加入香菜,出鍋!

🥘Ginger, Scallion, and Beer Black Fish Casserole
Ingredients:
1 package 3Fish brand boneless black fish fillets
1 onion
1 scallion
5 slices of ginger
5 cloves of garlic
10 Sichuan peppercorns
1/3 can of beer
Boneless Crosshatched Black Fish Fillets Marinade:
A dash of cooking wine
A dash of salt
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
A dash of pepper
A dash of sugar
1 chili pepper
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
Instructions:
1. Marinate the Boneless Crosshatched Black Fish Fillets in advance. Add all the marinade ingredients, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Chop the other side dishes and place them on the casserole later.
3. Sauté the scallions, ginger, and garlic until fragrant. Add the Sichuan peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant. Turn off the heat.
4. Place the onions on the casserole, top with the Boneless Crosshatched Black Fish Fillets, and pour in the marinade.
5. Turn on the heat, bring to a boil, then add one-third of the beer. Cover and simmer for a while.
6. Let simmer. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onions, cover, and simmer for 1 minute. Turn off the heat.
7. Add cilantro and serve!
