Customers who have not applied for membership before purchasing can complete their transaction as a non-member at the time of payment.
Q3. How is an order confirmed?
After selecting products, customers must log in and complete the payment. We will send an order receipt to the customer’s email within 48 hours.
The receipt confirms that the order has been successfully placed.
Q4. What should I do if I do not receive the order receipt email after completing payment?
We will send the order receipt via email within 48 hours after payment is completed. If the customer does not receive the receipt within the specified time,
please check the spam folder in their email. If the receipt is still not found in the spam folder, the customer can contact customer service for assistance.
Q5. How long will it take for my order to be delivered after confirmation?
The cutoff time for daily orders is 4:00 PM. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Products will be shipped approximately 2-3 business days after the order is placed and payment is completed (starting from the next business day).
Q6. How is the shipping fee calculated?
Free local delivery is available for one order with a net purchase value of HK$500 or more. For orders with a net purchase value below HK$500, a local delivery fee of HK$60 will apply.

Q7. What should I do if I am unable to receive the delivery at the scheduled time?
Customers default to our standard delivery arrangements upon completing payment. If special delivery arrangements are required, please communicate with customer service before completing payment and confirm the delivery plan.
If customers need to change delivery details or timings after placing an order, they must submit the request to customer service within 24 hours of payment completion,
and the update will be considered successful only after confirmation from customer service.
Customers with a net purchase value of HK$500 or more are entitled to one free local delivery.
If the recipient cannot be contacted at the time of delivery, resulting in a failed delivery, the product will be returned to our frozen warehouse,
and the customer will need to pay an additional delivery fee of HK$120 per attempt.
If the customer is unable to successfully arrange for receipt within 30 days after order confirmation, the order will be automatically canceled, and all payments made will be non-refundable.
If the customer refuses to pay the additional delivery fee and wishes to cancel the order, no refund will be issued, and all products in the order will be processed by our site without return.
Q8. How can I check the details of my order?
After logging in as a member, click on "My Account" > "Orders" to view the details of your order.
Q9. What payment methods are accepted?
Currently, we accept the following payment methods: Visa Card / Master Card / FPS (Faster Payment System) / Alipay / WeChat Pay.
