Established in 2014, Chaaya has been fully committed to the food processing and import-export industry.
Our food processing facility is proudly HACCP and ISO22000 certified, reflecting our dedication to stringent
product quality standards. As an esteemed member of the International Food Safety Association (IFSA),
we prioritize the safety and excellence of our offerings. With over three decades of experience in food
processing and production, our professional team meticulously oversees every aspect from production to
packaging and logistics. This ensures that we deliver the most cost-effective, safe, and high-quality food to
our valued customers.

In 2016, Chaaya proudly introduced our own brand called "鱻" ("triple fish"). The name "鱻" conveys a
sense of freshness, embodying the Chinese obsession with live aquatic food. Although most of our products
are frozen, we strive to provide our customers with a taste of freshness. This principle is the core essence
of our brand, and we remain deeply committed to it. Through the application of advanced technology, we
have developed the world's first frozen boneless crispy grass fish, revolutionizing the pre-packaged aquatic
food market. This innovation not only offers convenience but also guarantees the enjoyment of high-quality
ingredients. As a result, Chaaya has successfully entered the Chinese market in the US, Canada, and various
other countries.

In 2020, we proudly unveiled our flagship products, "Hot Chili Fish Fillets" and "Sauerkraut Fish Fillets,"
which rapidly gained popularity in major Chinese supermarkets across the US and Canada.

In 2023, our "Sauerkraut Fish Fillets" received the esteemed Silver Award at the renowned Monde Selection
2023, often considered the "Nobel Prize" of the food industry.

Building upon this success, our "Rattan Pepper
Fish Fillets" and "Frozen Fish Cake" were honored with the Gold and Bronze Awards, respectively, at the
Monde Selection 2024.

Established in Brussels in 1961 by the European Community and the Belgian Ministry of Economic Affairs,
Monde Selection is an independent international organization. With a remarkable 60-year history, it has
gained a solid reputation as a highly esteemed global institution for evaluating the quality of various
products. Its evaluations serve as a valuable reference for consumers when making informed choices.

Over the past decade, Chaaya has firmly established its presence and cultivated a strong foothold in designated
markets. Our business now spans across the East and West coasts of North America, encompassing vibrant
cities such as New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Seattle, Vancouver, and Toronto, as well as
locations in Australia, the United Kingdom, and Singapore. Additionally, we are actively expanding into the
local market of Hong Kong.

In 2024, Chaaya proudly introduced a new brand called "PassionFood," which seamlessly blends innovative
culinary elements with unique packaging design. Our aim is to captivate the younger generation and provide
them with convenient, simple, and delectable food options. We firmly believe that this new brand will stand
out in the market and resonate with a wider range of consumers.
