2. Shipping Instructions

No minimum spending requirement.
Customers who spend HK$500 or more are entitled to one complimentary local delivery service.* Excludes remote areas and outlying islands.
For purchases below HK$500, the local delivery fee is HK$60 per delivery.* Excludes remote areas and outlying islands.
The cut-off time for orders is 4:00 PM daily. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Products will be dispatched approximately 2 to 3 business days after the order is placed and payment is completed (counting from the next business day).
If the delivery building does not have an elevator, the delivery personnel will not deliver to the door, and customers must collect their orders from the ground floor lobby.
During peak seasons or due to force majeure factors, shipping may be delayed.
Delivery services will be suspended when a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect. We will contact you to reschedule the delivery time.
