2. Shipping Instructions

  • No minimum spending requirement.
  • Customers who spend HK$500 or more are entitled to one complimentary local delivery service.* Excludes remote areas and outlying islands.
  • For purchases below HK$500, the local delivery fee is HK$60 per delivery.* Excludes remote areas and outlying islands.
  • The cut-off time for orders is 4:00 PM daily. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Products will be dispatched approximately 2 to 3 business days after the order is placed and payment is completed (counting from the next business day).
  • If the delivery building does not have an elevator, the delivery personnel will not deliver to the door, and customers must collect their orders from the ground floor lobby.
  • During peak seasons or due to force majeure factors, shipping may be delayed.
  • Delivery services will be suspended when a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect. We will contact you to reschedule the delivery time.
