鮮蝦滑 300g

醬汁:
蜜糖芥末醬

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➊ 將蝦滑均勻擠入魚腐
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➋ 倒入大量的食油,加熱至可炸物程度
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➌ 把炸至金黃的魚腐撈起
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➍ 淋上醬,完成

Shrimp Paste Stuffed Fish Curd in Mustard Dressing

Ingredients:
Shunde Fish Curd with Fish Broth 200g 
Shrimp Paste 300g

Sauce:
Honey Mustard

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➊ Squeeze the shrimp filling into the fish tofu.
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➋ Pour a large amount of cooking oil, heat until hot enough for frying.
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➌ Remove the fish tofu once fried until golden brown.
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➍ Drizzle with sauce. Enjoy!
