手打鯪魚餅炆蘿蔔

材料:
手打鯪魚餅 450g
紅蘿蔔 1個
白蘿蔔 2個
蔥花 適量
陳皮絲 適量

醬汁:
蠔油 2湯匙
鹽 1大匙
糖 少量
雞粉 1大匙
胡椒粉 1大匙

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➊ 薑片落鍋,加蔥段乾烘 10 秒收乾表面水分,備用
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➋ 倒油,放入新鮮香蔥和大蒜
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➌ 加少量的清水後轉大火
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➍ 加入適量的鹽和糖, 放入手打鯪魚餅煮3分鐘,備用
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➎ 再次開鍋,放入蒜頭爆香後加陳皮絲、紅蘿蔔和白蘿蔔煮十幾分鐘(根據火力和蘿蔔的厚薄)
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➏ 倒入芡汁、胡椒粉,攪拌後放入手打鯪魚餅,完成

Homemade Fish Cake with Braised Radish

Ingredients:
Frozen Fish Cake(Spring Onion)450g 
Carrot 1 pc
White radish 2 pcs
Chopped scallion to taste

Sauce:
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Sugar a pinch
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Pepper 1 tbsp

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➊ Add ginger slices and scallion segments to the pan and dry-fry for 10 seconds to remove surface moisture. Set aside.
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➋ Add oil, then add fresh scallions and garlic.
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➌ Add a small amount of water and turn up the heat.
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➍  Add salt and sugar to taste, then add the handmade dace fish cakes and cook for 3 minutes. Set aside.
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➎ Bring the pan to a boil again, add garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add dried tangerine peel strips, carrots, and white radishes. Cook for about ten minutes (depending on the heat and the thickness of the radishes).
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➏ Pour in the cornstarch slurry and pepper, stir, then add the handmade dace cakes. Enjoy!
