材料:
無骨脆金鳯魚片 200g
莞茜莖 20g
紫洋蔥 ½ 個
青紅辣椒 各¼ 個
蕎頭 8粒
酸薑 適量
檸檬葉 適量 
麵包條 適量
食用菊花 適量

醬汁:
蜂蜜芥辣醬 2湯匙
芝麻沙律醬 5湯匙
芥末油 1湯匙

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➊ 將蜂蜜芥辣醬+芝麻沙律醬+芥末油混合
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➋ 加入預先煮熟的無骨金鳯魚片魚片 
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➌ 加入所有配料撈勻
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➍ 麵包條墊底,倒入撈勻的材料,完成!

Ingredients:
Boneless Crispy Tilapia Fish Filets 200g
Coriander stems 20g
Purple onion ½ piece
Green & Red capsicum ¼ each
Buckwheat heads 8 pieces
Pickled ginger (to taste)
Lemongrass  leaves (to taste)
Toasted bread Sticks (to taste)
Edible Chrysanthemum (to taste)

Dressing:
Honey mustard sauce 2 tbsp
Deep roasted sesame salad dressing 5 tbsp
Mustard oil 1 tbsp

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➊ Mix honey mustard sauce, sesame salad dressing, and mustard oil together
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➋ Add pre-cooked boneless golden phoenix fish slices
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➌ Incorporate all prepared ingredients and toss well
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➍ Place bread sticks at the bottom, top with tossed mixture, and serve!
