魚腐浸菜湯

材料:
魚湯魚腐 200g
紅蘿蔔 少量
竹笙 100g 
小棠菜 150g
草菇 150g
鹽 1茶匙
蔥 少量
薑 少量

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➊ 食材切好,焯水備用
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➋ 薑蔥爆香,加入魚湯煮沸
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➌ 放入魚腐煮至變軟
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➍ 加入所有食材煮沸
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➎ 加鹽調味,完成!

Fishcurd and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:
Fishcurd  200g 
Carrots a pinch
bamboo fungus 100g
Shanghai Bok Choy sum 150g 
Straw mushrooms 150g 
Salt 1 teaspoon
Spring Onion a pinch
Ginger a pinch

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➊ Chop ingredients and blanch.
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➋ Ginger and Spring Onion until aromatic, then add fish soup and bring to a boil.
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➌ Add fishcurd and cook until soft.
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➍ Add all ingredients and bring to a boil.
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣➎ Season with salt. Done!
