蝦滑釀花甲蒸水蛋

材料:
鮮蝦滑 150g
雞蛋 5隻
花甲 150g 
蔥 少量
鹽 1茶匙
生粉 1湯匙
雞粉 1湯匙
生抽 1茶匙

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➊ 預先將花甲烚熟,再把蝦滑釀入花甲殼中
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➋ 花甲平均放在碟上
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➌ 雞蛋加水撈勻,加入生粉、雞粉及鹽調味
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➍ 蛋液倒入碟上,蒸3分鐘
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➎ 淋上生抽,輕輕搖動讓生抽均勻分佈
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➏ 撤上蔥花,完成 !

Steamed Egg with Clams Stuffed with Shrimp paste

Ingredients:
Shrimp Paste 150g
Eggs 5pcs
Clams 150g 
Spring onion a pinch
Salt 1 teaspoon 
Cornstarch 1 tablespoon
Chicken powder 1 teaspoon 
light soy sauce 1 teaspoon

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➊ Pre-cook the clams , then stuff the shrimp paste into the shells.
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➋ Arrange the clams evenly on a plate.
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➌ Whisk the eggs with water, then season with cornstarch, chicken powder, and salt.
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➍ Pour the egg mixture onto a plate and steam for 3 minutes.
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➎ Drizzle with light soy sauce and gently shake to distribute evenly.
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➏ Top with chopped green onions. Done!
