鮮蝦滑 150克
雲吞皮 5 - 10片
白灼汁(或蒸魚豉油/生抽) 2湯匙
香醋 1湯匙
辣椒油 1湯匙
胡椒粉 適量
熟白芝麻 適量

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➊ 雲吞皮中間放蝦滑,沾水對摺輕扯兩邊
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➋ 水滾下鍋煮2-3分鐘,撈起備用
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➌ 調靈魂醬汁:白灼汁+醋+辣椒油+芝麻
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➍ 淋上醬汁拌勻,開動!

Noodles with Fresh Shrimp Paste

Use wonton wrappers and shrimp paste to make super fresh and chewy wide noodles! 🤩Super easy, no skills required, and a huge upgrade💯Guaranteed to keep you coming back for more~

Ingredients
Shrimp paste 150g
Wonton wrappers 5 - 10 pieces
Boiled fish sauce (or steamed fish soy sauce/light soy sauce) 2 tablespoons
Vinegar  1 tablespoon
Chili oil  1 tablespoon
Pepper as needed
Toasted white sesame seeds to taste

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➊ Place shrimp paste in the center of the wonton wrapper, dampen it with water, fold it in half, and zip it up.
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➋ Bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➌ Prepare the signature sauce: bai shabu-shabu sauce + vinegar + chili oil + sesame seeds.
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣➍ Pour the sauce over the wrapper, mix well, and enjoy!
