材料：
鴛鴦魚頭 / 剁椒魚頭 1包
金菇 1包
洋蔥 1個
蔥花 適量

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➊ 將魚頭解凍，切金菇及洋蔥備用
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➋ 先放洋蔥及金菇，再放魚頭
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➌ 將剁椒醬均勻塗上魚頭上
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➍ 水滾後放入魚頭蒸10分鐘
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➎ 加入蔥花及熱油，完成!

Fish Head with Chopped Chili

Ingredients:
Fish Head with Chopped Chili 1 package 
Golden Mushrooms 1pcs
1 onion  1pcs
Chopped Spring Onion sliced

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➊ Defrost the fish head, chop the golden mushrooms and onion, and set aside.
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣➋ Place the onion and golden mushrooms first, then the fish head.
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➌ Spread the minced pepper sauce evenly over the fish head.
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➍ Bring the water to a boil and steam the fish head for 10 minutes.
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 ➎ Add the chopped scallions and hot oil. Done!
