調味蘇丹魚

馬來西亞名產蘇丹魚又稱“皇帝魚”,原產於馬來西亞婆羅洲一帶河流。蘇丹魚的營養價值很高,含有DHA、不飽和脂肪酸等,所以一舉成為馬來西亞國寶級魚。蘇丹魚的腹部鱗片雪白,魚鱗中含大量的膠原蛋白和硒元素,無論是清蒸或酥炸或香煎都沒有魚腥味,蘇丹魚的魚鱗,則堪稱魚鱗中的極品令人回味無窮。

Malaysia King Fish
