來做更健康的「甜酸咕嚕炒金鳯魚片」,可以減少油炸的油膩感,同時保持酥脆口感。👏🏻

材料 (1-2人份)
鱻 - 無骨脆金鳯魚片 200g
蛋白 1隻
醃料 (料酒、生粉、椒鹽適量)

配料: 三色椒各1個 (切塊)、洋蔥¼個 (切塊)

醬汁: 甜酸醬 1包

步驟:
1. 金鳯魚片解凍後加醃料 (椒鹽、胡椒粉、料酒、生粉、蛋白1隻) 抓勻,醃15分鐘。
2. 先在牛油紙上噴油,將醃製後的魚片,平均放在牛油紙上。
3. 放入氣炸爐,180°C 氣炸8-10分鐘 (中途翻面) 翻面後再氣炸2分鐘。
4. 小火落油先放洋蔥,洋蔥炒至金黃色,將咕嚕汁倒入氣炸好的魚片和炒好的配料中,快速翻炒均勻即可。

Make a healthier version of "Sweet and Sour Stir-fried Boneless Crispy Tilapia Fish Fillets" to reduce the greasiness of deep-frying while maintaining a crispy texture. 👏🏻

Ingredients (Serves 1-2)
200g Boneless Crispy Tilapia Fish Fillets
1 egg white
Marinade (cooking wine, cornstarch, and salt and pepper to taste)

Ingredients: 1 each of three bell peppers (diced), 1/4 onion (diced)

Sauce: 1 packet sweet and sour sauce

Instructions:
1. Thaw Boneless Crispy Tilapia Fish Fillets and add the marinade (salt and pepper, pepper, cooking wine, cornstarch, and 1 egg white). Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Spray butter paper with oil and evenly distribute the marinated fish fillets on the paper.
3. Air fry at 180°C for 8-10 minutes (flip halfway through). Fry for another 2 minutes after flipping.
4. Heat oil over low heat and add onions. Sauté until golden brown. Pour the sweet and sour sauce over the air-fried fish and other ingredients, and stir-fry quickly until combined.
